01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (https://www.techyappy.com) or commissioning project proposals with TechyAppy ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

02. Scope of Engineering Services

TechyAppy provides professional digital engineering services, including but not limited to:

Custom Software & Web Development: Full-stack applications, Next.js / React frontends, scalable Node.js / Python backends, databases, and third-party API integrations.
Mobile Applications: Cross-platform iOS and Android mobile apps using Flutter and React Native.
AI Agents & Workflow Automations: Custom LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) knowledge bases, and autonomous CRM automations.
Cloud & IT Infrastructure: Cloud hosting architecture, CI/CD pipeline automation, and ongoing maintenance.

03. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

• 100% Client Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment for agreed milestones, all custom source code, design assets, database schemas, and deliverables created specifically for the project transfer completely to the client.

• Third-Party & Open Source: Open-source libraries and frameworks used (e.g., React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS) remain subject to their respective MIT/Apache licenses.

04. Payment Terms & Sprint Billing

  • Project engagements are structured around clear sprint milestones defined in the Technical Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Milestone deposits are required before initiating development phases.
  • Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the project agreement.
  • Scope changes requested outside the agreed SOW will be billed separately via transparent change order addendums.

05. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client business models, customer records, technical specifications, and proprietary data with utmost confidentiality. We readily execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving confidential material.

06. Warranties & Bug Fix Guarantee

TechyAppy delivers clean, modern, and production-tested code. Following final delivery:

  • We provide a 30-day complimentary bug-fix warranty for all issues within the approved scope of work.
  • Ongoing feature expansions, server maintenance, and infrastructure scaling are supported under dedicated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

07. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
